*This is not a swim for beginners! This an alpine lake environment at nearly 7K’ of altitude. While we anticipate calm conditions on the lake the nature of our mountain environment means anything is possible. Swimmers should be prepared to handle rough waters and cold air temperatures at the start and finish. 

Parking: There is no parking at the start or finish. Parking will be located in any of the Village lots which are located less than ½ mile from the start. We will be offering shuttle service from the finish to the village after the conclusion of the race or there will be a designated pick up area. This event is part of Lakefest which is a “park and ride” event encouraging everyone to ride bikes or take public transportation to and from the event.
